REQUIREMENTS

  • A fast learner with strong multitasking skills
  • An excellent written communicator and confident typist
  • Customer-focused with a strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers, dimensions, and product information
  • Resourceful and comfortable solving unfamiliar problems independently
  • Sales-minded and skilled at identifying customer needs
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Residency in Florida or Texas

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll primarily assist customers through live chat, helping them with:

  • Product questions and recommendations
  • Order status updates
  • Shipping and damage claims
  • Pricing calculations and quotes
  • Vendor and customer communications
  • General support and problem-solving
