REQUIREMENTS
- A fast learner with strong multitasking skills
- An excellent written communicator and confident typist
- Customer-focused with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers, dimensions, and product information
- Resourceful and comfortable solving unfamiliar problems independently
- Sales-minded and skilled at identifying customer needs
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Residency in Florida or Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll primarily assist customers through live chat, helping them with:
- Product questions and recommendations
- Order status updates
- Shipping and damage claims
- Pricing calculations and quotes
- Vendor and customer communications
- General support and problem-solving
