REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced customer service skills and a desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
  • Conversational, patient, and confident with a positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Phone-related customer service experience a major plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required but a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Build customer rapport through every interaction
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service on every call
