Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced customer service skills and a desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
- Conversational, patient, and confident with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Phone-related customer service experience a major plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required but a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Build customer rapport through every interaction
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service on every call
