RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and Evolve Key Web Experiences

  • You will audit our current site and identify gaps across product, features, use cases and industry pages.
  • You’ll define a clear roadmap for new page creation and refreshes, prioritizing based on business impact, SEO potential, and user needs.
  • Manage the web properties as a product, balancing immediate marketing needs with long-term technical and strategic health.

Partner Closely with Product Marketing (PMM)

  • You’ll collaborate with PMM to refine narratives, ensuring they are clear, differentiated, and effective in a digital context.
  • Act as the voice of the web user, ensuring messaging is optimized for readability, searchability, and conversion.

Lead Page Strategy

  • You will lead the creation of new pages from concept to launch.
  • This includes shaping content, defining structure, and developing wireframes that effectively communicate complex ideas and guide users to action.
  • Ensure all new pages meet best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • You will work closely with Design and Web Engineering to bring pages to life, ensuring projects move efficiently from idea to launch.
  • You’ll proactively remove blockers, make decisions, and maintain momentum without requiring constant oversight.

Continuously Optimize and Improve

  • You will regularly evaluate page performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion through data-driven hypotheses and experimentation.
  • You’ll iterate on existing experiences to ensure our site stays current, effective, and aligned with company goals and growth targets.
