Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or a similar area, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar tool, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using artificial intelligence tooling.
  • Ability to make strategic prioritization and tactical feature-scope decisions.
  • Demonstrable, self-driven results that have advanced a product.
  • Ability to create seamless and effective products for complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Build solutions for finance, billing, and other financial services together with the team.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across services powered by people and software.
  • Lead complex solutions independently without requiring support from senior product team members.
  • Manage internal expectations for complex projects, products, and features while navigating prioritization decisions.
  • Build an effective roadmap and strategy for the Finance product area.
  • Break strategic plans into understandable near-term and mid-term goals.
  • Align the product roadmap with department and company problems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product area.
  • Contribute to scaling and growth plans for the product area.
  • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively by finding minimal solutions to problems.
  • Support and lead a product team delivering high-throughput, high-return work.
  • Understand key business key performance indicators and align team work and metrics to improve them.
  • Work with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build solutions to complex problems.
  • Share techniques, processes, and learnings with the Product organization.
  • Communicate and promote the team’s work and its customer and internal-team value.
  • Work asynchronously and transparently.
  • Work autonomously on simple features and iterations, seeking support for complex problems.
  • Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making for the business area.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in understanding, articulating, and solving complex business problems related to mobile experiences.
