Product Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Advanced degree (preferred)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification (required upon hire)
• Proven expertise in product management, strategy, and execution
• Strong experience with Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience in healthcare technology and AI applications
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred :

• Prior experience with healthcare compliance and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA)
• Demonstrated success leading hybrid teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead product strategy and execution across digital health tools and backend systems
• Apply insights from Google Analytics and other data sources to guide decisions
• Define, measure, and optimize key product KPIs and business metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile product development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
• Integrate AI and machine learning components into healthcare product offerings where applicable
• Solve complex problems through structured analysis and strategic thinking
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
