Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
- Experience with lead management or acquisitions support
- Strong English speaking and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with homeowners on the phone
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling homeowners who have already submitted their property information or expressed interest in selling
- Building rapport with sellers and gathering property details
- Asking the right questions to determine seller motivation and timeline
- Presenting cash offers or offer ranges to homeowners when appropriate
- Schedule/conduct follow-up calls and appointments
- Updating lead information and notes inside the CRM
- Assisting with lead generation and marketing support
- Following up with existing leads to keep deals moving forward
- Identifying strong opportunities for our acquisitions team
