Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in retail or firearms-related industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn federal, state, and local firearm compliance regulations.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
- Assist in processing orders and coordinating with shipping and inventory departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Support compliance efforts by helping ensure all customer information and transactions follow federal, state, and local firearm regulations.
- Coordinate internal communications and scheduling to support remote and on-site staff.
- Prepare and distribute customer newsletters, promotional materials, and education content.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
