Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with administrative coordination or operations management
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Housecall Pro) and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Availability to work from 7:30 AM until the last team finishes (Eastern Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and monitor cleaning teams through our CRM (Housecall Pro)
  • Supervise daily operations virtually through photos and videos
  • Communicate with clients and resolve day-to-day issues promptly
  • Support the hiring process — including screening, onboarding, and coordination of new cleaners
  • Conduct occasional quality check-ins and virtual inspections
  • Provide administrative and marketing support (referral programs, follow-ups, updates in spreadsheets and group chats)
  • Prepare and send weekly performance and team status reports
  • Coordinate with the financial department (tracking hours, assisting with QuickBooks, reconciling information)
  • Handle documentation, forms, and internal communication
