Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with administrative coordination or operations management
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Housecall Pro) and QuickBooks is a plus
- Availability to work from 7:30 AM until the last team finishes (Eastern Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and monitor cleaning teams through our CRM (Housecall Pro)
- Supervise daily operations virtually through photos and videos
- Communicate with clients and resolve day-to-day issues promptly
- Support the hiring process — including screening, onboarding, and coordination of new cleaners
- Conduct occasional quality check-ins and virtual inspections
- Provide administrative and marketing support (referral programs, follow-ups, updates in spreadsheets and group chats)
- Prepare and send weekly performance and team status reports
- Coordinate with the financial department (tracking hours, assisting with QuickBooks, reconciling information)
- Handle documentation, forms, and internal communication
