- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and general requests
- Maintain accurate client information in internal systems
- Monitor open requests and provide timely updates to clients
