RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Speak with individuals who have submitted interest forms
  • Ask questions to understand their situation and priorities
  • Explain available options in simple, clear language
  • Help individuals decide how they would like to proceed
  • Assist with completing required steps and documentation
  • Maintain accurate conversation records and schedule follow-ups
  • Ensure consistent outreach and communication
  • Reviewing new incoming requests
  • Conducting scheduled phone conversations
  • Following up with individuals still evaluating their options
  • Managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Keeping notes organized and updated
