REQUIREMENTS
- Computer-savvy: Understand how to navigate a website, setup a headset/microphone, and use the keyboard in an efficient manner. If working from home during any shifts, your own computer is required. Computer must have a good enough processor and RAM to be able handle multiple tasks, web pages and camera feeds
- Punctual: Show up on time or early when you start a shift. You cannot be late or miss shifts. If you cannot make a shift, you are expected to let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- Fast-paced mindset: This job can most accurately be compared to an entry-level air traffic controller. This is not a job where you will sit and waste time. You will stay busy which makes the time go faster
- Self-motivated: This job will have the work spelled out and the tasks must be carried out.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering calls when prompted. People need help checking in at gates. With our software, you will be able to remotely see the other party and be given tools to easily check them in properly
- Create events based on the information given in the audio conversation or video feed
- Check cameras in our software to ensure things are running smoothly. Alert supervisor if any problems or questions arise
- Ability to supervise other Virtual Attendants who are working to ensure they are properly and effectively doing their job
- Respond to concerns through our software and be able to troubleshoot problems, once more familiar with the system
