RESPONSIBILITIES
- Speak with individuals who have submitted interest forms
- Ask questions to understand their situation and priorities
- Explain available options in simple, clear language
- Help individuals decide how they would like to proceed
- Assist with completing required steps and documentation
- Maintain accurate conversation records and schedule follow-ups
- Ensure consistent outreach and communication
- Reviewing new incoming requests
- Conducting scheduled phone conversations
- Following up with individuals still evaluating their options
- Managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Keeping notes organized and updated
