REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in recruiting and HR, preferably in small or growing companies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly professional and discreet with sensitive HR information

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and attract top talent across multiple channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing and sending offer letters
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain and update HR records and applicant tracking systems
  • Assist with general HR responsibilities, including policy implementation and employee communications
  • Provide recommendations for improving recruiting and HR processes
