RESPONSIBILITIES

- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand specific needs, and achieve hiring goals.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full interview lifecycle, from initial screening to coordination and scheduling.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive, professional experience.
- Innovation: Stay current on modern recruiting techniques and trends to maintain our competitive edge.
