REQUIREMENTS

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Experience with Indeed, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and recruit delivery drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community groups.
• Explain job requirements, compensation, and onboarding procedures.
• Collect required documents (Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, Vehicle Information, W-9, etc.).
• Coordinate onboarding and communicate with HR and Operations teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
