REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in recruiting and HR, preferably in small or growing companies
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly professional and discreet with sensitive HR information
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and attract top talent across multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the offer process, including preparing and sending offer letters
- Support onboarding for new hires
- Maintain and update HR records and applicant tracking systems
- Assist with general HR responsibilities, including policy implementation and employee communications
- Provide recommendations for improving recruiting and HR processes
