Product Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth-focused roles
- Proven success in designing and delivering experiments and A/B tests that drove business impact
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
- Experience working on e-commerce, search, booking, or conversion-driven flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating initiatives of varying scope and ambiguity
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms or feature flagging tools
- Experience in high-traffic consumer products or marketplaces
- Background in startups or fast-paced growth environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive growth initiatives across key user journeys (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Design, prioritize, and deliver experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using product analytics tools
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute experiments efficiently
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other stakeholders to align growth priorities
- Translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate based on results
- Balance short-term wins with a longer-term growth strategy
