Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth-focused roles
  • Proven success in designing and delivering experiments and A/B tests that drove business impact
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Experience working on e-commerce, search, booking, or conversion-driven flows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating initiatives of varying scope and ambiguity
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization initiatives
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms or feature flagging tools
  • Experience in high-traffic consumer products or marketplaces
  • Background in startups or fast-paced growth environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive growth initiatives across key user journeys (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention)
  • Design, prioritize, and deliver experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using product analytics tools
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute experiments efficiently
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other stakeholders to align growth priorities
  • Translate insights into actionable product improvements
  • Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate based on results
  • Balance short-term wins with a longer-term growth strategy
