Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry or staffing agencies specializing in healthcare placements.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers confidently while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting tools including ATS (Lever, iCIMS), HRIS (Workday, PeopleSoft), and talent management software like UltiPro or Taleo.
  • Knowledge of employment law in talent management as it pertains to healthcare staffing practices.
  • Demonstrated success in social media marketing for recruitment purposes across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates at all levels through cold calling and relationship management techniques.
  • Experience working independently as a 1099 contractor while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, technicians, and administrative staff using innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and personalized communication.
  • Utilize talent acquisition software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Conduct employment law compliance checks and ensure adherence to HR legal standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage in social media marketing campaigns for recruitment efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific forums to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and employment terms with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation, contracts signing, and employee evaluation procedures.
  • Perform research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Manage candidate databases using HR talent management software such as Kronos, Paychex, or ADP to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Support internal recruiting initiatives by collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions, candidate assessments, and succession planning efforts.
