Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Prior customer support experience (e.g., call centers, help desks, remote support, BPO) is required.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Bonus: Candidates with experience working in crypto exchanges or fintech support will be given preference.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate product or service information.
Document customer interactions and follow internal support protocols.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience with empathy and problem-solving.
Collaborate with the team when needed to ensure smooth service operations.
