Account Manager, Medical Sales
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in outside sales or medical wound care sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate oneself and others towards achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service principles to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- A background in office environments is beneficial for administrative tasks related to sales reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical wound care products.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Securing referrals with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management in a CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting the medical field.
