Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in outside sales or medical wound care sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate oneself and others towards achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • A background in office environments is beneficial for administrative tasks related to sales reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical wound care products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Securing referrals with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management in a CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting the medical field.
