REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a warm, engaging phone presence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
  • Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help
  • Comfortable navigating systems and guiding customers through online tools
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively call new customers to welcome them to Endurance and thank them for their business
  • Verify and confirm pertinent information, including:
  • Personal and account details
  • Vehicle information
  • Current and accurate mileage
  • Clearly explain and walk customers through:
  • Accessing and using the customer portal
  • Payment schedules and due dates
  • Contract administrators and finance company information
  • The claims process and how to file a claim
  • Reinforce key coverage details to ensure customer understanding
  • Answer questions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Create a positive, confident first impression of Endurance
  • Document call details accurately and thoroughly
  • Transfer escalated calls to the appropriate department
  • Other duties as assigned or as business needs arise.
