Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Education: High school graduate or comparable work experience.
– Experience: One to two years receptionist, office or customer service experience, preferably in a medical or call center environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manor.
– Take messages promptly and accurately according to specific guide lines
– Retrieve and forward messages from answering system to our clients.
– Answer questions and concerns from callers in a timely fashion.
