Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate information over the phone
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
  • Experience with outbound calling and warm calling approaches to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to handle technical sales or technology-related inquiries confidently
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in recording interactions and follow-up actions
  • Customer service orientation combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
  • Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport and ultimately book appointments
  • Utilize CRM software Service Minder to log interactions, manager the calendar, update records, and track confirmation statuses
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify details, answer questions, and resolve any scheduling conflicts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay confirmed appointments and share pertinent information
  • Apply negotiation skills when discussing appointment times or resolving scheduling issues
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service throughout each interaction
