REQUIREMENTS
- Background in leadership, management, consulting, sales, education, wellness, client services, recruiting, or people-focused industries preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Growth-oriented mindset with interest in leadership and professional development
- Comfortable utilizing online platforms, Zoom, and digital communication tools
- Professional, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Experience working with people in a coaching, mentoring, training, or advisory capacity is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct professional introductory conversations with prospective clients and applicants
- Utilize strong communication and people skills to build rapport and identify alignment
- Support individuals through a structured discovery and onboarding process
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
- Manage follow-up communication and scheduling in a remote environment
- Work independently while utilizing established systems, tools, and digital resources
- Collaborate within a positive, growth-focused professional network
- Maintain a high level of personal accountability, organization, and professionalism
