REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in leadership, management, consulting, sales, education, wellness, client services, recruiting, or people-focused industries preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in leadership and professional development
  • Comfortable utilizing online platforms, Zoom, and digital communication tools
  • Professional, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Experience working with people in a coaching, mentoring, training, or advisory capacity is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct professional introductory conversations with prospective clients and applicants
  • Utilize strong communication and people skills to build rapport and identify alignment
  • Support individuals through a structured discovery and onboarding process
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
  • Manage follow-up communication and scheduling in a remote environment
  • Work independently while utilizing established systems, tools, and digital resources
  • Collaborate within a positive, growth-focused professional network
  • Maintain a high level of personal accountability, organization, and professionalism
