REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in instructional, visual, and technical content
• Experience reviewing educational, instructional, or multimedia content for quality and accuracy
• Ability to communicate feedback clearly, professionally, and constructively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a production-focused environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfort reviewing math-related instructional content, visuals, and representations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

· Familiarity with instructional design principles and educational quality standards

· Experience reviewing educational videos, digital learning products, or multimedia content

· Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices for instructional media

· Experience conducting quality assurance reviews in curriculum development, publishing, or educational production environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting pre-production reviews of scripts and PPT decks to ensure all components meet quality standards for final video output.
• Ensuring the final video closely follows the approved instructional script with no deviations in content or sequence.
• Checking for adherence to video specs, such as, audio clarity, transitions, timing, and formatting standards.
• Confirming that all math visuals, symbols, and animations are accurate and align with instructional goals.
• Identifying and documenting errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in a clear and actionable manner.
• Collaborating with production and content teams to communicate review findings and support revisions.
• Conducting final reviews of revised videos to confirm all corrections have been implemented before release.
