REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in line with brand and category requirements.
- Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all records are maintained and reconciled.
- Track stock levels across stores and warehouses to maintain optimal availability of core and hero products.
- Initiate replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock coverage, and upcoming activations.
- Track shipment and delivery schedules to guarantee on-time availability for launch dates.
- Manage timing and logistics for new product launches in collaboration with brand, logistics, and retail teams.
- Collect and consolidate sales, stock, and purchase data to support category planning and decision-making.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Share regular reports and key insights with management and cross-functional teams.
