REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, formulas, and reports.
  • Demonstrates a strong aptitude for numbers, systems, and process optimization.

  • Proactive and curious, eager to learn and continuously improve processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in line with brand and category requirements.
  • Monitor PO status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all records are maintained and reconciled.
  • Track stock levels across stores and warehouses to maintain optimal availability of core and hero products.
  • Initiate replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock coverage, and upcoming activations.
  • Track shipment and delivery schedules to guarantee on-time availability for launch dates.
  • Manage timing and logistics for new product launches in collaboration with brand, logistics, and retail teams.
  • Collect and consolidate sales, stock, and purchase data to support category planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Share regular reports and key insights with management and cross-functional teams.
