Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong people and relationship management skills
- Experience working with media, influencers, or events coordination is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Coordinating press releases, media toolkits, and brand communications materials
- Support tracking of media coverage, press placements, and visibility performance across markets
- Maintain and update media and press contact databases
- Support press outreach, interview coordination, and media requests
- Support coordination of influencer collaborations, gifting, and partnership execution
- Assist in managing relationships with talents and agencies
- Monitor campaign deliverables and post-campaign reporting
- Assist in the planning and on-ground execution of brand events, launches, and client activations
- Support coordination of communication materials, guest management, and event logistics with internal teams and agencies
- Assist in post-event reporting and recap preparation
- Support the development and execution of brand collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Assist in coordinating communication alignment between partners and internal stakeholders
- Support in ensuring brand consistency across joint activations
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Content, CRM, Digital, and VM teams to support ongoing campaigns
- Provide operational and coordination support across marketing initiatives when required
- Assist in reporting, presentations, and campaign follow-ups
