REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills, positive energy, and a genuine interest in people and teamwork
  • UAE National preferred due to the role’s impact on Nationalization and community engagement.

  • Socially confident, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Creative, emotionally intelligent, and enthusiastic about supporting HR and people initiatives.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks while building relationships at every level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhancing onboarding experiences, coordinating welcome activities, and supporting integration for new joiners, including UAE Nationals.
  • Assisting with tracking UAE Nationalization progress, engagement check-ins, and helping build a sense of community and belonging among UAE National associates.
  • Supporting HR coordination tasks such as updating trackers, organizing employee recognition, and maintaining people data and reports.
  • Taking part in organizing engagement and wellbeing activities, birthday and recognition programs, and creative communications for the team.
  • Interacting with store teams, managers, and associates across multiple luxury brands and cultures.
  • Supporting recruitment, organizational chart updates, and HR process improvements.
