Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Experience
- Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Work order management experience, preferred.
- No Supervisory Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide installation status updates.
- Track technician capacity on a regular basis.
- Work closely with Tech Supervisors, Managers, and Directors.
- Complete technician profiles, optimize their schedules and coverage areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
