REQUIREMENTS

• Well versed in computer and technology skills
• Strong negotiation skills paired with vendor management expertise to secure favorable contracts and pricing.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to collect data accurately and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for warehouse management, inventory control, and materials handling to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate transportation management activities including freight planning, shipping & receiving, dispatching, and working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Conduct root cause analysis on logistics issues such as delays or damages to develop effective corrective actions.
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, category management, pricing negotiations, and vendor management to ensure optimal supplier relationships.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to oversee shipping schedules, inventory stocking levels, and demand planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production planning, order fulfillment, and supply chain analytics to support business growth initiatives.
