Senior Litigation Associate 

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably within a reputable UAE law firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court processes, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent legal drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle civil, commercial, employment, real estate, and other litigation matters before UAE Courts and relevant authorities.
• Draft and review legal memoranda, statements of claim, pleadings, submissions, legal notices, and court-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Manage case files, court deadlines, hearings, and client communications.
• Attend court hearings, expert meetings, and client consultations.
• Liaise with clients, courts, experts, translators, and internal legal teams.
• Support and supervise junior lawyers and trainees where required.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of legal services.
