Senior Litigation Associate
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Minimum 5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably within a reputable UAE law firm.
- Strong knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court processes, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle civil, commercial, employment, real estate, and other litigation matters before UAE Courts and relevant authorities.
- Draft and review legal memoranda, statements of claim, pleadings, submissions, legal notices, and court-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Manage case files, court deadlines, hearings, and client communications.
- Attend court hearings, expert meetings, and client consultations.
- Liaise with clients, courts, experts, translators, and internal legal teams.
- Support and supervise junior lawyers and trainees where required.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of legal services.
