Senior Client Associate

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Two to three years in an expert network at senior associate level, or on the verge of that promotion
• Background from Dialectica, Arbolis, or Vedic is preferred – GLG is less favoured
• Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and hitting delivery targets under pressure
• Not more than one to one-and-a-half years out of the expert network industry
• Prior experience mentoring junior associates or BDRs is a bonus
• Arabic language skills are a bonus but not required
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Run end-to-end delivery of expert network projects – sourcing, outreach, pitching, and project management
• Hit high-volume outreach and delivery targets for US and European investor clients
• Manage multiple live projects simultaneously with fast turnaround expectations
• Mentor and eventually manage a small team of junior associates once you are promoted to team lead
• Gradually shift focus toward Middle East clients as the Dubai office matures
