Associate – Leasing

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with focus on property management and at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Directly supervise the daily activities of retail projects, including managing of service providers and overall assets operations
• Support and respond to any leasing queries, operationsal queries and market leads through external real estate agencies .
• Oversee asset list performance and condition with the property management and facility management.
• Ensure full compliance of leasing procedures to local laws and shamal legal governance.
• Maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are prepared.
• Investigate and resolve property related complaints and issues raised from the leasing portfolio.
• Assess facility management costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the timely rent collection and reduction of ageing amounts.
• Identify, propose and execute process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal process flow.
• Liaise with local authorities associated with everyday operations.
• Initiate legal proceedings for defaulting tenants.
