REQUIREMENTS

• Significant business-development experience within fintech, payments, financial services, digital assets, or blockchain.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, tokenization, blockchain technology, and institutional financial markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop senior-level relationships with financial institutions and strategic partners.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute business-development strategies for digital-asset and stablecoin-related financial solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and crypto companies.
• Identify new institutional opportunities involving stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure.
• Manage complex commercial discussions and coordinate internal teams through partnership and business-development processes.
