Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales within Banking, Finance, Tech, Consulting, or Crypto
• Relevant experience in Trad-Fi, FinTech, and digital assets
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, tokenization, and stablecoins
• Proven success in closing complex deals and developing first-of-kind partnerships
• Extensive network within financial services, payments, and crypto
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute business development strategy for RLUSD stablecoin and RWA portfolio on the XRP ledger
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, digital exchanges, PSPs, and crypto native companies
• Lead end-to-end deals from sourcing and analysis to negotiation and closing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners and prospects in the Middle East & Africa region
• Represent our client at industry events and conferences
