REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in UAE interior fit-out business development.

Strong network within Retail, Commercial, Corporate, F&B, and Banking sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of fit-out tendering and project lifecycle.

UAE Driving License is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Generate and secure new business opportunities in Retail and Commercial fit-out projects.

Develop relationships with clients, consultants, project management companies, and developers. Identify upcoming projects, manage prequalification, and secure tender invitations.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate with estimation and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong project pipeline.
