Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record leading sales teams to quota and beyond
  • 3+ years in sales leadership with measurable results
  • Experience building processes, SOPs, and accountability systems
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and zero-excuses mentality
  • Ability to inspire confidence and demand excellence
  • CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel preferred, but we’ll train the right killer)
  • Comfortable with AI/tech sales (or hungry enough to learn fast)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and lead a team of 10–20 closers
Hit $66K+ monthly revenue targets consistently
Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and objection handling
Run daily standups and weekly performance reviews
Recruit, train, and fire (yes, you’ll fire the weak links)
Own pipeline management and forecast accuracy
Create a culture where average performers quit on their own
