Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of experience in a sales or partnership role, preferably within the wedding, events, or hospitality industries.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Goal-driven, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport with high-end clients.

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a global team.

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively manage and grow a portfolio of venue partnerships through lead generation, outreach, and structured follow-up.

Present and tailor our client’s offerings to potential partners, highlighting the unique benefits of a partnership and ensuring value alignment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.

Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights on market trends, partnership feedback, and areas of improvement.

Collaborate with our editorial, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality experiences for new partners.
