Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within a technology or software sales environment
  • Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in negotiating deals and closing high-value contracts
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Experience in sales or selling complex solutions is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Prior experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, focusing on warm calling strategies to build rapport and generate interest in our products or services
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning, providing clear explanations of our technology solutions
  • Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies for lead nurturing
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during all communications, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets
