Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within a technology or software sales environment
- Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in negotiating deals and closing high-value contracts
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Experience in sales or selling complex solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Prior experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, focusing on warm calling strategies to build rapport and generate interest in our products or services- Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning, providing clear explanations of our technology solutions
- Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies for lead nurturing
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all communications, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets
