Remote Phone Sales Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound calling (telemarketing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to simplify complex services
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activity
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- High energy, resilience, and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Interest or experience in government contracting, consulting services, or technical sales is a strong plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound and warm calls to business owners and decision-makers to generate new opportunities
- Engage prospects through consultative conversations, identifying their readiness for government contracting
- Present our client’s end-to-end services, including federal registrations, certifications, and proposal development
- Educate clients on how our solutions help them become compliant, competitive, and positioned to win contracts
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client trust
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with current contracting opportunities and services
- Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients through the onboarding process and addressing questions
