Remote Bookkeeper
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar certification (a plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile bank/credit card statements and ensure accuracy in financial data
- Generate financial reports and statements
- Record financial transactions, sales, receipts, and payments
- Maintain organized records and documentation
