REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solution oriented individual
- Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and organizational skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Word
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
- Higher Education Enrollment Reporting experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) reporting tasks, including preparing,submitting, andvalidatingenrollment, degree, and reverse transfer files.
- Review and correct NSC error reports by researching discrepancies and making necessary updates in system records.
- Execute standard and ad hoc reports in compliance with NSC and Department of Education requirements, following established procedures.
- Identify data discrepancies between NSC, NSLDS, and the Student Information System (SIS), and takeappropriate actionto resolve issues.
- Investigate and resolve enrollment reporting errors in accordance with federal guidelines and institutional procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of current reporting requirements by reviewing updates from NSC and the U.S. Department of Education.
- Compile and submit required data for IPEDS, OHE, College Board, and other compliance-related reporting under supervision or established timelines.
- Assist with gathering documentation and responding to federal and state audit requests as directed.
- Document processes, procedures, and corrections to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
