Regional Business Coordination Associate
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Language: [Required] English (professional working proficiency) & Korean (highly preferred for seamless communication with Global HQ.)
– Educational Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
– Work Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in business coordination or support roles
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Governance & Process Standardization
• Support the preparation and maintenance of standardized documents and reports.
• Assist in organizing key operational processes into structured workflows.
2. Market & Industry Monitoring
• Support the preparation of market updates on key economic and automotive developments.
• Compile and organize country-level vehicle sales and demand data.
3. Regional Event Planning Support
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of major regional events (e.g., distributor seminars)
• Support development of presentation materials and logistical arrangements.
4. Regional Schedule Coordination
• Compile and organize RHQ’s internal and external schedules, including key departmental events.
• Support communication and information sharing with HQ based on the consolidated schedule.
5. Executive Meeting Support
• Prepare and update management presentation materials, supporting data compilation and follow-up tracking for executive meetings.
