Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources management within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Experience with executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, research, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and employ creative lead generation techniques through social media management and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation processes to support onboarding success.
  • Develop strategic staffing plans including succession planning and talent management strategies to meet future organizational needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support HR sourcing activities through cold calling, leveraging social media channels, and engaging in targeted outreach efforts.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives to enhance recruiting skills within the team and improve overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
