Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on roles in games.
- Experience recruiting across game dev functions including gameplay programming, game design, and technical art is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of games industry landscape, tools, and production pipelines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to manage multiple reqs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
- Prior experience working in an entertainment studio or creative tech environment is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring teams to understand technical and creative staffing needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and manage candidates across a variety of roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Develop strategies for outreach and engagement through creative sourcing and networking.
- Maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates, focusing on long-term relationship building.
- Stay current on industry hiring trends, tools, and best practices in tech, games, and creative tech hiring.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
