Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of phone sales or closing experience (high-ticket education, coaching, or consultative sales preferred)
  • Strong follow-up skills, objection handling, and rapport-building ability
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative and enjoy helping build a company
  • Willing and able to do targeted outbound prospecting in addition to working warm leads
  • Genuine passion for helping people invest in better careers
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and using a CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run high-energy discovery calls and confidently close enrollments using our proven script and objection-handling framework
  • Follow up consistently with 300 fresh inbound leads per month and re-engage our warm 2K-person database
  • Perform targeted outbound prospecting to build pipeline and support company growth
  • Track activity in our CRM and hit strong show-up and conversion rates
  • Work 15–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling (some evenings and weekends preferred for lead follow-up)
